Overview
A Salary Structure is a detailed breakdown of an employee's total compensation, showing how much goes to basic pay, allowances, bonuses and deductions. It is a prebuilt template that keeps payroll consistent and compliant with company and legal policy.
Salary Structure overview
Create a salary structure
- Go to Home → USA Payroll → Salary Structure.
Salary Structure workspace - Click Add Salary Structure.
Salary Structure list view - Add the earning and deduction components, fill in the details and click Save.
