Privacy notice

This website is run by Bizmap Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company in India with offices in Mumbai and Pune. For the personal data described here we decide why and how it is processed, which makes us the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Questions, requests and complaints go to hello@bizmap.in.

• When you send the contact formyour name, work email, the topic you choose and your message
• If you add details after sending ityour company, a phone or WhatsApp number, whether a budget is set and when you want to start. All of these are optional
• With the form, so we know where the enquiry came fromthe page you sent it from, the first page you opened on this site, the website that linked to us (if any) and any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content)
• Like any web server, ours record each requestIP address, browser, page and time, to run and protect the site. The form also counts submissions per connection to stop spam

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking services, and the site loads no third-party scripts. If you only read pages and never send the form, we do not learn who you are.

You give us the form details yourself, for a reply, and we use them for that purpose. We do not sell personal data.

Enquiries are stored in our website and customer relationship systems, built on the Frappe framework and run by us. Only the people at Bizmap who handle enquiries can see them. The companies that host our systems and deliver our email process the data on our behalf, only to provide those services. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection.

The platform the site runs on may set session cookies when you load a page, such as sid, system_user, full_name, user_id and user_lang. For a visitor who is not signed in they identify a guest session and the site language, and hold nothing that identifies you. They are needed for pages and the form to work.

A small script keeps the page you landed on, the website that linked to us and any campaign tags in your browser's session storage, so the contact form can send them with your enquiry. It stays in that browser tab, is cleared when you close it, and reaches us only if you send the form. If you choose a motion setting, the site remembers that choice in your browser's local storage. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we have used it
• Ask us to correct, complete or update it
• Ask us to erase itWhere we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for and the law does not require us to keep it
• Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot act
• Raise a grievanceWith us, and if you are not satisfied with our answer, complain to the Data Protection Board of India

To use any of these rights, write to hello@bizmap.in with "Privacy" in the subject. We acknowledge every request within one working day, and may ask you to write from the email address the enquiry came from.

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
