- Agree the split
Who holds the customer, who owns the domain decisions, who signs off each stage, and which of our engineers is your named lead.
- Write the scope
Requirements, screens and diagrams written down and approved before the build, so both teams work from the same document.
- Build in sprints
Demos every two weeks on real data, a shared tracker and a weekly review with your team.
- Test with your users
Your local team runs acceptance with the people who will use the system; we fix and re-test.
- Go live and standardise
Lessons from the first customer go into one common platform before the next rollout.
- Support and extend
Ongoing support under an agreed service level, or a dedicated team working through your roadmap month to month.

What happens if someone leaves
01Every project has a named lead, and a second engineer reviews every change before it is merged, so more than one person on our side knows your code.
02Work is handed over in writing at the end of each day, and requirements, decisions and open items live in documents and the shared tracker, not in one person's head.
03If your lead changes, the new lead starts from those documents and the code in your repository.
04If you leave us, you keep the code, the documentation and the tracker, and another team can pick up from there.
Time zones and communication
We are in India, so part of our working day is shared with you and part is not. At the start we agree the shared window we will keep, who is on call for what, and how work is handed over in writing at the end of each day, so nothing waits for a meeting. Every project has a named lead, a weekly demo or review and a shared tracker.
