ERPNext implementation

A full-cycle ERPNext rollout: process mapping, a BRD per module that marks every requirement standard, configuration or custom, configuration and a separate custom app, migration from Tally or a legacy ERP, training, go-live and 30 days of hypercare. Three to six months for a single company; phased for groups.

Problems we are called in for

01You have outgrown Tally and spreadsheets, and month-end means stitching files together.
02Several ERPs and Excel sheets run side by side and the same data is keyed twice. NIDO Group worked like this before one ERPNext replaced them.
03Production is planned in Excel and not linked to customer orders, so delivery dates are a guess. JAT Metal Pressing ran this way for years.
04GST, e-invoicing and e-way bills need to come out of the same system that raises the invoice.

How the work runs

The same six waypoints and three gates as every implementation.

  1. Survey · 2 weeks
  2. Chart · 2 to 4 weeks
  3. Build · 4 to 12 weeks by tier
  4. Rehearse · 3 to 5 weeks
  5. Cross over · 1 to 2 weeks, plus the parallel run
  6. Settle · 30 days
  7. Next leg · Optional add-on, as scoped

How it works for groups and several sites

A single company with four to six modules usually goes live in three to six months. Groups and multi-site operations go live in phases so the business never stops: Sonotech Medical Center moved six facilities onto ERPNext over about two years, core healthcare first, then automation and integrations, then scale. Each phase has its own BRD, its own sign-off and its own go-live date.

Where we have done it

FAQ

Three to six months for a single company with four to six modules, including a month of hypercare. Groups go live in phases: Sonotech Medical Center rolled out over about two years without stopping the OPD.

Yes. India Compliance is configured for GST, e-invoicing and e-way bills as part of the implementation, so they come from the same invoice your team raises.

Your function heads review each BRD, your CXO approves it and our implementation lead confirms it. Nothing is built before that sign-off, and we are accountable for what is in the BRD.
